Skaka is a sample-based sequencer built specifically for shaker percussion. It has 12 slots, each with its own instrument and independent pattern, and lets you build layered shaker arrangements with the kind of timing and feel you’d expect from a live percussionist. The plugin includes 18 sampled shaker instruments, from eggs and tambourines to caxixis and calabashes, and comes loaded with nearly 200 patterns across genres.

What sets it apart is how deep it goes on timing. There’s a humanizer, support for triplet and quintuplet grids, swing control, and individual pitch and velocity settings per event.
