Argy has just delivered the opening show for the EuroLeague Final Four in Athens. The Greek DJ and producer headlined the curtain-raiser inside the OAKA arena in front of 20,000 fans. He turned one of European basketball’s biggest weekends into a massive electronic music moment.

The performance happened on Friday, May 22, ahead of the semifinal games. Argy presented an ad hoc show created exclusively for the event. The set fused his signature sound with a striking creative concept. Greek mythology met futuristic aesthetics, bringing past and future into one captivating live experience.

Driven by the rhythm and intensity of the music, the show unfolded as a narrative journey. Through that mythological storytelling, reimagined through a modern lens, the official Final Four logo was dramatically revealed. The performance closed with a tribute to the four semifinalist teams, honouring their achievement in reaching the continent’s most prestigious stage.

Argy first rose to prominence with his 2005 underground hit ‘Love Dose’. After years of international touring and artistic evolution, he reshaped his sound with ‘Ketuvim’. Then he gained recognition within the Afterlife collective and went viral with ‘Tataki’. His creative vision expanded with ‘New World’ in 2024 and ‘NEWORLD II’ in 2026. The latter, a cinematic project blending science fiction and mysticism, has generated hundreds of millions of streams and produced Gold-certified tracks like ‘Aria’ and ‘Sierra’.

Beyond the OAKA moment, the NEWORLD show returns to Athens on July 3 at the iconic Petra Theater alongside ARTBAT, continuing the run of large-scale productions from the Greek artist.
