Armin van Buuren has announced the opening night party for ADE 2026. The trance icon takes over Gashouder on Wednesday October 21. Plus, he dropped a new single today: ‘U Got 2 Know’ with Hannah Laing and Wippenburg.

The Gashouder party teams Armin van Buuren with Dutch hard house revivalist Benwal. Together, they kick off a week of programming at the Amsterdam venue. Gashouder reopens for ADE after a major renovation that began in January 2025.

A separate Gashouder party headlined by Job Jobse has also been confirmed for ADE week. The full pre-season programme will land in the coming months.

Pre-sale tickets for the Armin van Buuren x Benwal party go live at 1pm on Monday, May 25. Fans can sign up via the official Gashouder pre-registration page.

Beyond the live announcement, today’s new single keeps Armin in the studio spotlight. ‘U Got 2 Know’ arrives on Armada Music. It reimagines Capella’s 1993 dance anthem of the same name. The track links Armin van Buuren with Hannah Laing, the Scottish hard house rising star, and Dutch trance veteran Wippenburg.

ADE 2026 runs from October 21 to 25. It marks the 30th edition of the festival. Organisers confirmed Jean-Michel Jarre as guest of honour. The French icon will perform at the ADE Opening Concert series at AFAS Live the same night. His set also marks the 50th anniversary of seminal album ‘Oxygène’.

Last year’s edition brought together more than 3,300 artists across almost 250 venues. The 2026 full programme will land in the coming months.
