Charlotte de Witte has officially debuted her new audiovisual show ‘The Resistance’ at UNVRS Ibiza. The Belgian techno star kicked off the production at a packed UNVRS night yesterday, marking the first live outing of the show. Plus, the production is now heading on tour through the summer, with Paris as the next stop.

“This is The Resistance,” Charlotte de Witte wrote on social media. “The kick off of my new audiovisual show took place yesterday at a packed UNVRS in Ibiza. Many very talented people have been working hard towards this moment. I look forward to taking it on the road with me this summer. Next stop, Paris.”

The show debuted to a sold-out room. Stills from the UNVRS debut show the room saturated with colossal close-up visuals of human faces, eyes and figures, alternating between black-and-white intimacy and full-room red and pink saturation. Plus, the word “ONE” appeared as a recurring visual motif across the screens.

The Resistance production sits at the centre of Charlotte de Witte’s ambitions for 2026. The show was originally announced last week and is being staged around her bigger arena and festival dates this summer. The visual identity reflects a deeper exploration of resistance, awareness and presence in a hyper-saturated cultural moment.

Beyond the UNVRS debut, the show is heading directly to Paris next. Then the production will continue to tour through the summer, with more dates set to land in the coming weeks. The 2026 calendar already includes Time Warp Brazil, EDC Las Vegas, We Love Green in Paris, Kappa Futur Festival, Awakenings and Sónar.

For techno fans, the UNVRS debut marks the latest in a string of major moments from Charlotte de Witte in 2026. The Belgian star recently made history by closing EDC Las Vegas 2026 as the first techno and first female DJ ever to take the closing slot.
