David Guetta & Marten Hørger drop joint ‘MEN MACHINE EP’: Listen
David Guetta and Marten Hørger have dropped the joint ‘MEN MACHINE EP’. The five-track project comes out today after a year of road-testing inside Guetta’s sets. Also, it marks their first dedicated collaborative project, following years of one-off team-ups.
The EP grew out of a long conversation about a shared set of influences. Both wanted to push away from what currently dominates clubs and main stages, and instead build something fun and music-first. First, the French DJ and Hørger road-tested the cuts at festivals and residencies through summer 2025. Then David Guetta played ‘Engage’ featuring Vitalic and ‘The Past, The Present, The Future’ throughout his Ibiza UNVRS residency last year, with both tracks pulling huge reactions months before the official release.
The duo formally debuted MEN MACHINE on April 11, when Hørger joined David Guetta on the Quasar Stage at Coachella for a surprise b2b. Together they ran through multiple cuts from the EP. Now the project is out in full.
Sonically, MEN MACHINE draws on the electroclash movement of the ’90s — electro, new wave, synth-pop, and techno — while staying rooted in 2026 mainstage energy. Earlier, Guetta launched another side project in 2019 with MORTEN under the Future Rave banner, as a bridge between underground club sound and festival-scale energy.
