Jeffrey Sutorius hints at the future of Dash Berlin after Buenos Aires return
Jeffrey Sutorius is back behind the Dash Berlin name. Following his January 2026 court win in The Hague, the Dutch trance frontman lit up Buenos Aires this weekend with his first proper post-ruling Sunrise set, hinting at what comes next for the iconic project.
Notably, Sutorius took the decks at Volumen 4 Shows in Buenos Aires for a special 3-hour Sunrise. Cold Blue closed alongside him. As a result, fans got the first full-length Dash Berlin performance since the legal saga ended.
Crucially, the January 2026 Court of Appeals ruling in The Hague (IEF 23235) returned the rights to Sutorius. In short, he can now legally tour, record and release under Dash Berlin again. The original split with Eelke Kalberg and Sebastiaan Molijn dates back to 2018.
Meanwhile, Sutorius rolled out the news on Instagram. “The meaning of life is to move on. JEFF = back, more info soon,” he wrote. The post tagged a fresh @dashberlin handle and the hashtags #JEFFREYSUTORIUS, #justjeff and #jeffisdash. Furthermore, comments lit up with messages of support from fans and producers.
Beyond the headline return, the focus now shifts to the future. Indeed, Sutorius has signaled that Dash Berlin branding will return across digital platforms. In turn, tour dates and new music are expected to roll out across 2026. Equally, fans are bracing for a trance reset built around classics like ‘Till The Sky Falls Down’ and ‘Never Cry Again’.
Still, the Volumen 4 return tells the real story. After years of legal limbo, Dash Berlin stands as a live act again, fronted by the voice fans wanted back all along.
