Kygo has expanded his Palm Tree Crew brand into luxury real estate. The Norwegian DJ and his manager Myles Shear teamed with developers PMG and Lion Development Group to launch ‘Palm Tree Residences Miami’ — a 483-unit Downtown Miami tower that turns Palm Tree Crew’s festival and hospitality network into a permanent residential format.

Then ownership of a unit comes with Palm Tree Crew membership privileges. The Norwegian DJ built the residence concept around perks including priority VIP ticketing at Palm Tree Crew festivals globally, members-only tables across the brand’s hospitality portfolio, and a ground-floor music venue inside the building itself.

Also, the model mirrors a wider luxury real estate shift toward branded residences from non-hotel brands. Porsche Design Tower and Armani/Casa have historically commanded price-per-square-foot premiums up to 50% higher than unbranded structures. Kygo joins that lane as the first electronic music name to step into branded real estate.

Now Kygo continues building Palm Tree Crew into a multi-vertical lifestyle brand spanning festivals, hospitality, and real estate. Find more from Palm Tree Residences Miami via Palm Tree Crew.
