Oasis have confirmed a feature documentary on the 'Oasis Live '25' reunion tour. The film hits select IMAX screens and cinemas worldwide on September 11. It then streams exclusively on Disney+ internationally later this year, with Hulu carrying it in the United States.
Notably, the documentary covers Liam and Noel Gallagher’s full reunion arc. The team filmed across rehearsals, backstage moments, and onstage performances. Crucially, the film also captures the first joint interviews with Liam and Noel in over 25 years.
The creative team behind the project carries serious weight. Peaky Blinders creator and current James Bond scribe Steven Knight is shaping the story. Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace are then directing the film. Disney, Magna Studios, and Sony Music Vision are producing.
Plus, the documentary covers one of the most anticipated Oasis moments of the past three decades. The reunion tour pulled record demand across the UK and beyond. The Britpop icons rebuilt their full live show for a generation that had only ever heard the records.
The film remains untitled at this stage. Disney+ confirmed the September 11 IMAX bow on the official UK Disney press site. The streaming launch on Disney+ and Hulu will follow later in the year.
