Beatport Greenroom: Artists and labels can now manage their Beatport presence directly
Beatport has launched Beatport Greenroom for Artists and Labels, a free platform that brings profile management, catalogue analytics and event listing tools into a single hub at greenroom.beatport.com.
The platform is available now to any artist or label with music on Beatport. Once a profile is claimed and approved, users can update bios and images, invite team members with different access levels, view catalogue analytics including downloads, DJ followers and DJ streams, and connect upcoming shows through Beatport Tickets.
Speaking at the launch, Beatport Chief Commercial Officer Alex Branson said: “With the launch of Beatport Greenroom for Artists and Labels, we take a huge step forward in cementing our role as their key marketing partner. They can now utilise their profiles as truly intended, better connecting with their DJ followers to nurture long-term relationships.”
The Greenroom launch follows the broader Beatport for Artists and Labels initiative unveiled in late 2025, which laid out a wider ecosystem of services including remix competitions, editorial visibility, distribution, publishing, royalty accounting and demo management for labels. The Greenroom is the first public-facing tool from that initiative, focused specifically on profile ownership and data access.
For independent artists and smaller labels, the analytics layer is the most immediately useful addition. Beatport has historically been opaque about how tracks perform relative to DJ chart activity. The new dashboard surfaces downloads, follower counts and stream data in one place, giving creators clearer visibility into how their catalogue is moving on the platform.
Claiming a profile requires a Beatport.com account. Users select whether they are claiming an artist or label profile, submit the request for review and, once approved, gain access to the full suite of tools. The platform is free to use.
