SSL launches the SSL 1 audio interface, its most affordable interface yet at $159.99
Solid State Logic has launched the SSL 1, a 2-channel USB audio interface aimed at beginners and producers who record on the move. Priced at $159.99, it is the most affordable interface SSL has released to date and brings the company’s signature 4K analogue enhancement to a compact, bus-powered form factor.
The SSL 1 ships with 32-bit/192 kHz converters, an SSL-designed mic preamp with +48V phantom power, a high-pass filter, and a dedicated instrument/line DI input on channel 2 for direct recording of guitars, synths, and drum machines. A high-current headphone output and balanced monitor outputs round out the I/O.

- 2-in/2-out USB-C connectivity with 32-bit/192 kHz converters

- SSL-designed mic preamp with +48V phantom power and high-pass filter
