Heartbreak has ensued in Gothenburg for Swedish House Mafia and their fans worldwide as the first of two huge nights at the Ullevi Stadium has sadly been cancelled just before the trio were meant to come on stage. Due to increasing risk of thunderstorms and bad weather, the open top layout of the stadium has meant that it would ultimately pose too much of a risk to continue.

The show was meant to be the biggest ever headline concert for Swedish House Mafia in their home country of Sweden, but has been cancelled due to weather.

The trio took to Instagram to share the following:

“Due to severe weather conditions, tonight’s show has unfortunately been cancelled.

The safety of our audience, artists, crew, and staff is our highest priority.

Further information will be shared as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.”

As of right now, no further information about rescheduling or whether the second night will go ahead is available.
