Empire of the Sun announce Australia and New Zealand 2027 tour dates

Empire of the Sun are coming home. The Australian duo has confirmed a run of Australia and New Zealand tour dates for 2027, extending their Ask That God: Afterlife world tour with six cities across the region — Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

Sharing the news with fans, the band wrote: “Empyreans of Australia + New Zealand! We’re coming home. Empire of the Sun returns in 2027 for a new journey across Auckland, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.”

Pre-sale begins Wednesday 16 September at 1 PM local time, with signups open now via the band’s channels. Tickets are available at empireofthesun.co, with the run promoted by Frontier Touring (part of the Mushroom Group).

The Australia/New Zealand chapter follows a landmark year for the duo. In other news, Empire of the Sun recently made history as the first Australian act to sell out three Alexandra Palace shows in London, further cementing the demand ahead of this homecoming run.
