Ely Oaks and sirinens have teamed up on ‘F_ck it (I don’t want you back)’, a high-energy remake of Eamon’s 2004 breakup anthem, out now on JINX Music. Fast and bright, it is built to work as well on the radio as it does at peak time in a club or on a festival main stage.

The original carries plenty of history. Eamon’s blunt message to a cheating ex spent four weeks at No. 1 in the UK, led Billboard’s European Hot 100 and became the first UK chart-topper with an explicit word in its title. Ely’s version rebuilds it around his signature sound, with a high-tempo electronic beat and a clean, direct structure that turns the bitter kiss-off into a crowd singalong.

“The idea came from Siri and we both absolutely love the original Eamon song,” Ely said. “The moment I realized that this version really added something special was when the chords of the bass came into play. It adds more energy and also a darker vibe, compared to the laid back beat of the original. After it went viral across Instagram and TikTok, I’m so happy to finally share this full version with everybody.”

It caps a busy few weeks for the Austrian producer, following his single ‘Self Aware’ and his remix of Gryffin, BUNT. and Inéz’s ‘World Away’. Earlier this year he also delivered an official remix of Taylor Swift’s ‘Opalite’, ‘Gravity’ with Steve Aoki and SACHA, and a remix of HAVEN’s ‘I Run’.

The single also sets the tone for his next long stretch on the road. Ely heads out on an extensive North American tour from November into 2027, with stops including Dallas, Seattle, Boston, New York, Miami, Detroit, San Francisco, Denver, Toronto, Montreal and Los Angeles. Listen to the track below and catch him on the road this winter.
