Nero are returning to London for a very special night. The trio, made up of Dan Stephens, Joe Ray and Alana Watson, will celebrate 15 years of their debut album ‘Welcome Reality’ with a one-off performance at Outernet on Sunday, December 6, marking their first London show as a trio in over a decade.

“Join us on Sunday 6th December for a special performance,” Nero wrote on Instagram. “It’s been over a decade since our last London show as a trio.” Billed as ‘Welcome Reality XV’, the event is presented by Louder.

Released in 2011, ‘Welcome Reality’ topped the UK Albums Chart and featured Nero’s UK No. 1 single ‘Promises’, alongside tracks such as ‘Me & You’ and ‘Guilt’. It remains a landmark record for many dubstep and bass fans, and the reaction to the announcement shows how much it still means to people. Under Nero’s post, one fan called it “still the best dubstep album of all time,” while on Reddit others said they plan to fly in from Sweden and the United States for the show. Some also shared hopes that the performance will be recorded and uploaded for those who cannot make it, while others joked about it falling on a Sunday.

The anniversary show follows Nero’s third studio album ‘Into The Unknown’, released in 2024. Pre-sale tickets go live at 10am on Thursday, October 8, and fans can sign up now through the link in Nero’s Instagram bio for access. Check out the announcement below.
