Skrillex Performs At Amsterdam Dance Event in a Crane, Drops Unreleased Track
Skrillex really knows how throw a party. With crazy ideas such as performing in a crane high up in the sky, this fact is undeniable. During this year’s Amsterdam Dance Event, Skrillex’s record label, OWSLA, hosted a secret event many feet above ground to which only about 300 people were invited. Despite the exclusivity of the show, many people were still able to watch the madness in the crane ensue on ADE’s online livestream. OWSLA residents Vindata, Wiwek, and What So Not were behind the decks before the world-renowned DJ took over. Skrillex also performed back-to-back with Noisia’s Thijs de Vlieger toward the end of the show.

During his rocking performance, a notable track he played was an unreleased one, first featured way back in 2012. Skrillex revealed that this track was a demo he created with the one and only Knife Party. We can only wonder what the final product would sound like had the OWSLA forerunner and the DJ duo sat down to complete this awesome collaboration.
