1001Tracklists Unveils Spotify Playlist for the EDM Overall Charts

As an electronic music fan, it is extremely important that you become acquainted with 1001Tracklists if you have not already.  It is one of the most useful tools in the industry for fans.  The website congregates thousands of DJ sets from a variety of artists, whether they are live sets, podcasts, or mixtapes, and provides the tracklistings for each one.  As a fan who goes to lots of shows, it is an incredible resource to be able to go back and look at the setlists from some of my favorite artists at their shows and festivals, reliving every moment.

In addition to the congregating of tracklists, the website does a great job in highlighting some of the most followed and played tracks currently in sets.  Using this information, 1001Tracklists is unveiling their new Spotify playlist featuring the month’s most played records titled ‘1001Tracklists EDM Overall Charts.‘ “This will be a great way to make use of the chart data since it’s comprised of the tracks that are getting the most artist support in current sets and mixes,” 1001Tracklists stated.  “It represents a cool contrast to other charts or playlists which are based on purchases or subjectivity.”  In the first edition of the playlist, Oliver Heldens and Throttle’s ‘Waiting‘ is the number one track of the month.
