Eric Prydz is a jack of all trades. From the more commercial mainstage anthems released under his own name, to the progressive works of art of Pryda, and on to the dark, dirty techno of Cirez D. He never disappoints.

After road-testing two new Cirez tracks over the past few months, particularly at the EPIC 4.0 shows in Feburary, Eric has taken to Soundcloud to upload the tracks ahead of their digital release next Monday, 30th May (Vinyl release is due 20th June) and as expected it’s absolutely glorious to hear these dark bangers in high quality.

Two absolute monster tracks, “In The Reds” features those heavy booming drums that are becoming signature on Cirez D tunes, opening with an adrenaline fuelled take of these drums, a slow gliding synth gradually makes it’s way into the track, which only acts to add more depth onto this already banging tune.

“Century Of The Mouse” is another track that will surely blow the cobwebs off you. Again featuring those massive kicks and hi hats, this is another filth-laiden techno treat from Eric that will have you on edge the entire time. Certainly one to raise the heartbeats, this is an all out pounder of a track and can simply be described as heavy hitting.

As Mr. Prydz was once quoted as saying “Proper filth, I need a shower.”
