Major Lazer’s latest single “Cold Water” becomes #1 most streamed song on Spotify

Only after less than a week of its release, Major Lazer, Justin Bieber, and MØ’s new track titled “Cold Water” already becomes Spotify’s most streamed song on its global charts. This success, however, is nothing new for Major Lazer as the trio of Diplo, Jillionaire, and Walshy Fire topped the same exact charts for three consecutive months with their collaboration with French superstar DJ Snake called “Lean On”.

With the star-studded list of artists involved with “Cold Water”, it is certainly unsurprising that this record was able to achieve an immense amount of success in just a short span of time. Diplo recently announced this major feat on social media and according to the American producer :

“We take this as an honor and a privilege now to work harder and keep this up for you.. You guys made this song #1 for us and we feel like a global group. Major Lazer, Justin Bieber, MØ one love!”
