Flume receives impressive 11 nominations at this year’s ARIA awards

Flume‘s dominant position amongst the dance music elite continues as his year goes from strength to strength following the announcement of 2016’s Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) Awards nominees. After numerous international hits from both his self-titled debut LP and second album “Skin’, the 24-year-old producer Flume has even scored a platinum-selling record in North America. But closer to his home in Australia, he recently received an incredible 11 nominations for this year’s ARIA awards, including Best Male Artist, Best Pop Release, Engineer of the Year, Best Cover Art and Best Australian Live Act. Impressively, Flume has now broken the record for the most nominations in one single year.

The full list of winners will be announced on the November 23 at The Star, Sydney, which marks the award show’s 30th anniversary. Fans can vote for their favourite artists via Twitter for the Best International Artist category as well as the Apple Music Song of the Year category by playing their favourite song on the streaming service.
