While it is abundantly clear that there is no dearth of talent emerging out of the promising Dance Music scene in Brazil, as is with all such countries, it’s tough to make the cut among the finest. A location which has been host to both, the Ultra franchise and the Tomorrowland Festival – which in turn explains the interest of young producers to make it big in their home country and beyond. One thing that does rank an artist above others in this genuine race, unlike other ranking facades, is the production skill that he or she brings to the table. And this promise is one thing we see in Sorocaba based Gui Wolsh, better known by his stage moniker Wolsh, whose track ‘Never Hide‘ is one of the items in the mill for Kryder’s 12 Days of Sosumi Records premiered exclusively on We Rave You.

The Brazilian, who boasts of a strong following in his country, has released ‘Action‘ and ‘Wannabe‘ as free downloads in the past and of late respectively and even had a strong release on Third Party’s label Release Records in the shape of ‘Purpose‘. Another few remixes in his showcasing catalog which did well on the charts and you need no more proof that Wolsh latest is no different from his other successful tracks.

Featuring a sober drum-work and presenting a funky vibe altogether, Wolsh brings the listener a quality listening experience with the phat bass sounds and groovy breaks which are undoubtedly fit any club and all ears. It begs one to get in with the groove and the rhythm does the rest. Reminiscent of sounds from Nicky Romero’s 2012 hit ‘Generation 303‘, Wolsh certainly does his bit to produce something authentic as part of developing his own sound – which has already been showcased with earlier tracks, particularly the remix he did for Enzo Siffredi‘s ‘She Babao‘. With all the steadily build-up of the past in mind paired with the excellent output at hand for all to view, it’s another opportunity for Wolsh to make his mark on the Dance Music scene in this 12-track run from Sosumi Records.
