Major Lazer Presents: Give Me Future Documentary and Soundtrack

The dynamic Major Lazer trio have just released an epic film documentary entitled ‘Give Me Future’, as they explore the globalization of music and the documentary follows their path to electronic excellence during their colossal and famous concert in Havana – the leading commercial center and capital of Cuba – that took place back in 2016. It also explores the resilient culture of the people of Cuba while giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the build up to the Caribbean-dance trio’s historic concert.

With almost half a million people in attendance, Diplo shares some words of wisdom in the documentary, that is now exclusively available on Apple Music.

 “Every artist begs for a moment in time where people are paying attention to you. But when it actually gets to you… you have to seize the moment, because it’s not going to happen again.”

To accompany the film, they have also release a soundtrack which offers nine tracks featured in and inspired by the documentary. Kicking off with Major Lazer’s single “Particula,” from the group’s recent EP Know No Better, it also includes hits from the likes of Sean Paul, MO, and Valentino Khan, as well as individual tracks and collaborations between Major Lazer members Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire.
