Returning for another weekly episode to highlight some of the most exceptional tracks in the dance music scene, both current and upcoming releases, Spinnin’ Sessions’ 236th episode has just dropped. This week, listeners are treated to a guest mix from Dutch DJ/Producer Quintino, who has a vast catalogue of diverse releases, many of which were released on Spinnin’ Records.

Having garnered support from major artists early on in his career, Quintino has had a huge impact on the scene, releasing a variety of massive hits, including his collaboration with Sandro Silva, ‘Epic‘, which had a stratospheric impact every single time it was played following its release, and still continues to send crowds into a frenzy to this day with its iconic drop. Quintino is without doubt one of the industry’s most versatile artists, with the ability to excel in whichever sub-genre he chooses, from ground-shaking big room to heavenly future bass.

This week’s Spinnin’ Sessions episode kicks off in upbeat style with Kris Kross Amsterdam‘s upcoming Spinnin’ Records release ‘Gone Is The Night’ featuring Jorge Blanco. Continuing in euphoric style, the mix also features Lucas & Steve‘s captivating remix of Hardwell & KSHMR‘s ‘Power‘, with the duo masterfully adapting the anthem into a future house weapon. This week’s Spotify selection is CID‘s house weapon ‘Creepin‘, released on HEXAGON in September this year, which injects the mix with a burst of unstoppable energy. Further on in the mix, Juicy M & HIDDN create a heavenly atmosphere with ‘Polaroids and Dirty Dances’ before Florian Picasso‘s ‘Obsession’ packs a punch with it’s infectiously aggressive bassline. Finishing off the mix, Bassjackers & L3N‘s vicious anthem ‘Ready’ brings the first half of Spinnin’ Sessions to a close in adrenaline-fueled style.

Beginning his guest mix with a future bass-style explosion, Quintino drops his latest release ‘Good Vibes‘, which was released on Spinnin’ Records last month, before seamlessly shifting into his collaboration with R3hab, ‘I Just Can’t‘. ‘Deep Down Inside‘ by La Fuente is next up, before TV Noise‘s impressive ‘Cell Phone’. Further on in the mix, Tiësto‘s Big Room mix of ‘Crazy‘, takes the energy up a level, before LOUD ABOUT US!‘s ‘Drums‘ explodes with ferocity. Bringing the mix into its final stages, ‘LYM‘ by Curbi & Hasse de Moor adds adrenaline, before the mix comes to a close in tribal-infused style with W&W and Vini Vici‘s ‘Chakra‘.

We caught up with Quintino to discuss his inspiration behind the guest mix and his future plans.

What have you been up to lately?

“I released two radio singles since September, ‘I Just Can’t’ with R3hab, which already surpassed 30mln streams on Spotify, and ‘Good Vibes’, which got great response as well. I’ve also released two remixes, did a remix with Hardwell for J Balvin’s ‘Mi Gente’, and I released a remix on Revealed Recordings. In the meanwhile I’ve been really busy in the studio, I finished my new EP and got a lot of club bangers coming.”

What did you have in mind for this Guest Mix?

“I made a guestmix with a lot of my own music, really bringing out the Quintino sound across different genres. All my latest releases are in the guestmix and the biggest tracks of last year.”
