Friendzone – Reboot

Friendzone is the primary music project of Jesse Woods and Hayden Warzek – a DJ/Producer duo from Salt Lake City, Utah. After a split from their previous partners, the two joined forces due to their passion for good music and an ever burning desire to avoid the 9-5 hustle. 2018 has started out in a big way for the duo, who now boast a club residency and a slate of new music in the pipeline. Their focus is to bring both of their quirky and fun attitudes to the dance floor with a mix of originals, edits and mashups of any genre that comes to mind. Shifting focus to new original productions, the Friendzone duo hopes to bring something fresh but familiar to the scene – and they have done exactly that with their latest release ‘Reboot’.

The track could arguably be described as big room with a twist – and it will make you want to get up and move from start to finish. Beginning with futuristic-sounding harmonies backed up with soothing vocal chops, we are swiftly led to the climax that presents a perfect blend of uplifting and house-heavy rhythms. With a gnarly, serrated bass that cuts deep into your being, the unescapable groove is sure to make people go nuts on the dance-floor.
