WildVibes & Martin Miller ft. Arild Aas – Far From You
Young Belgian DJ/Producer WildVibes has teamed up with Martin Miller & Arild Aas to deliver their latest Progressive House anthem, ‘Far From You‘. After leaving his home in Belgium in August last year, Wouter Postelmans, a.k.a WildVibes, travelled 200km north to study at the famous Herman Brood Academie in Utrecht and has skyrocketed ever since.
‘Far From You’ begins with orchestral strings and vocals, in combination with s subtle synth, wandering in the background. Drawing similarities to Matisse & Sadko, a kickdrum is joined by the gradually ascending main melody before the build-up seamlessly transitions into the drop. The drop is met with a piano, surrounded by lead synths, a strong bassline and percussive white noise, aptly giving the track a healthy, full sound. The second break follows a similar pattern to the first, however, the addition of 4/4 claps and wide-panned lead synths give the track an authentic, hands-in-the-air, festival vibe before the drop arrives once again.
Having already garnered support from Tiësto during his Clublife 557 podcast, this isn’t the first time WildVibes has caught the attention of a superstar DJ. With releases on Enhanced Recordings and Proximity, the young Belgian has also gained support from the likes of Hardwell, Tiësto, The Chainsmokers, Nicky Romero, Dash Berlin, W&W, Tom Swoon, StadiumX, Yves V and Timmy Trumpet.
