Capa – From Here
Let CaPa kick-start your summer with a track that offers pure enjoyment and simplicity. ‘From Here’ is the latest track from the Swedish producer, whose style has been likened to that of fellow countryman Eric Prydz, as well as Zerothree label mate – Grum.
‘From Here’ is a mellow progressive house track with a simple beat, an underlying bass and an array of soft synth’s that all glue together to form the foundations of a hit record. The track is then perfected by the addition of the mesmerizing vocals, sampled from The Parsons Project’s 1980 hit – ‘Games People Play’.
If you are feeling reluctant, it only takes a few moments of listening to CaPa’s previous singles ‘Digits‘ and ‘Walls‘, to realise that his identity has created a track that will no doubt be played out at all the festivals this summer and it has already started to gather some radio attention, with its first play coming from Danny Howard’s ‘BBC Radio 1’ show last month.
