Seth Troxler Bashes Dyro At Tomorrowland
Despite all the hate on mainstream producers these days- namely those who produce big room electro house tracks – we still consider Dyro as one of the creative ones that puts out quality music here and there. Following his massive performance at Tomorrowland, he posted a shocking video on his Facebook page.
This snippet of “365 Days of Techno” has documented techno-talent Seth Troxler’s experience at Tomorrowland. He is not impressed with Dyro’s set to say the least: “Listening to bad music, it really upsets me – I’ve been calling some of that stuff lately ‘sonic ear-rape’…” His and his entourage had a blank, dull expression throughout Dyro’s performance, seemingly expressing their extreme discomfort with what the main stage music has come to.
Dyro responded in a passive aggressive manner, captioning the video with: “Didn’t know I was cool enough to have Seth Troxler hate on my music, thanks for the compliment! Next time tell me when you’re around and I’ll play you some vengeance loops.”
Is Seth being too harsh on Dyro’s work or has the main-stage music truly become the “sonic ear-rape” that he speaks of? Check out the video below.
