Kygo To Perform At Nobel Peace Prize Summit

Kygo’s 2015 has been enormous. From dominating streaming platforms and radio airwaves, to becoming the face of Apple Music, Norway’s EDM figure-head and his role in bringing tropical house to the mainstream has not been a small one.

The in-form producer also has another career highlight to add to the ever-increasing list; Performing at the Nobel Peace Prize Summit. The concert will take place next month in Norway, with rumors circulating that Kygo is to “serenade the National Dialogue Quartet outside the Grand Hotel Oslo,” to celebrate the Tunisian laureate for their efforts to instill democracy in their homeland.

Other key performers alongside the 24 year old at the event include Oslo-native and iconic trio a-ha and singer-songwriter Aurora.

The event will take place at the conclusion of the symbolic Torch Parade at Oslo’s Telenor Arena on 10th December, and will be streamed live on YouTube.
