Tiesto invests in a retirement home

Tiesto just made an unexpected purchase… The 46-year-old DJ has just decided to buy an elderly home in his home town Breda in the Netherlands. The Dutchman paid a total amount of 6.9M Euro for the building, which could be considered a small investment from his 80 Million Euro savings.

The apartment complex includes sixty flats which are currently rented out for 750€/month, which each includes three bedrooms, separate kitchens, bathroom with show and a balcony. Tiesto himself is however currently planning on living in the apartment building, but instead considers it as an investment towards the elderly in Breda, and just perhaps a future home for himself…

 

The new investment might come as a surprise to many, but just last year he donated a new sound system to another elderly home in Breda, check it out below:
