Former Norwegian duo Carl Louis & Martin Danielle have been taking the dance music world by storm for almost a decade, and have achieved global success through hits such as ‘The Stockholm Syndrome’, ‘Black Eyes & Blue’, and ‘I’m Coming Home With You’. But in 2014 the duo split and Carl & Martin parted ways, with Carl focusing on his solo career and Martin taking up the reign’s in impressive style as he pushed forth with the CLMD project on his own. In January, CLMD released a brand new track on Ultra Music called “Dust”, which has earned a lot of success ever since it came out. Featuring the sweet vocals of Astrid S and CLMD’s awe-inspiring melodies, the track was not only able to uplift people’s minds but was also able to touch their hearts. And with an album on the way later this year, there’s lots to be excited about for fans.

For now though, we get to enjoy his latest collaboration with fellow Norwegian talent kid joki, titled ‘Wait for Love‘, which has just been released through Sony Music. Although not much is known about kid joki, he is now ready to step into the limelight and is rumoured to be working with CLMD on a number of upcoming projects. The track itself is also heart-warming and uplifting, with the spine-tingling vocals combining with various acoustic instruments to create a feel-good vibe throughout, and provides us with the perfect soundtrack to fit those late-night summer adventures. This track is a refreshing break from the big-room festival tracks that we have lately become accustomed to hearing, and gets us even more excited to hear what else CLMD has in store for us this year.

Stream the track in full below, and be sure to ‘<3’ it on Hype Machine.
