Premiere: CAZZETTE ft. Laleh – Blue Sky (SAINT WKND Remix)

Earlier this month, Swedish duo Cazzette released a new single, titled “Blue Sky”. Its tango-influenced, deep house infused quality has turned many heads. Now they are back with an intriguing music video to go with this unique track:

The music video embedded many values and hidden innuendos. The stripped down, minimalistic setting and the deliberate details go hand in hand with passionate dancers to catch the audience’s attention. The choreography represents being comfortable with your sexuality and to not be affected by other people’s opinions and social norms. Each dancer injected their own personalities into every move they made – allowing their bodies to convey stories where words simply isn’t enough.

On a side note, SAINT WKND has dropped his own rendition on Cazzette‘s “Blue Sky”. A fast-paced approach on the exotic track gave it a more upbeat vibe. Not neglecting the original elements of the track, he retained the use of mesmerizing vocals in his remix. The talented young producer also incorporated dramatic piano chord progressions and the layering of shaker on top of a sophisticated, industrial-sounding bass to give the remix a more modern flare.
