Premiere: Corderoy ft. Ghost Singer – No Bounds

Corderoy is one of London’s shining lights in the electronic music scene. Coming to prominence for his work on “Close My Eyes”, which Don Diablo’s edited to great effect, his sound is continuing to evolve and come to fruition.

Following its release on Don Diablo’s label, the new single received major support by numerous listeners and fellow artists worldwide. Leading into an hour-long mix on his SoundCloud channel, Corderoy proved he is far from a one hit wonder. Providing a brimming display of taste and talent, it spanned across the musical spectrum impeccably. Controlling the energy and atmosphere, the emerging talent has proven why Hexagon’s head honcho has taken to his work so fondly.

“My edit of Corderoy’s ‘Close My Eyes’ was already a big record on my label and I still play it out a lot. Corderoy really has his own sound, he knows how to strike a unique emotional chord with his music and ‘No Bounds’ is one of those records that gets better and better after more listens. Really happy to have this one on the EP.”

The calmest track on the ‘Generation Hex 002’ EP, “No Bounds” brings a calming, yet energizing mood. Methodical in development, the soft lyrical layer adds a perfecting emotive essence. His most vocal-heavy material to date, the London lad certainly proves his worth and versatility at studio production. In turn, reflecting the painstaking time and energy Corderoy put into the track:

“Its a song I’ve been working on and off for years! Its been a massive labour of love. I’ve done so many versions I’ve lost count but finally think I got something that lives up to the amazing vocal. Its not a club banger but something you can sit down and immerse yourself in…Enjoy the years of work!!!!”
