Alesso & CHEN – Years
If there’s one producer who needs no introduction, it’s the Swedish wonder child who goes by the name of Alesso. As one of the most respected DJs and producers internationally, the 25 year old superstar has been absolutely destroying the EDM scene for the last few years, giving birth to some of the genre’s biggest hits such as Calling with Sebastian Ingrosso, If I Lose Myself with One Republic, and so many more than we can’t even list them all in one sentence.
Following his debut artist album “Forever”, his hit collaboration with Nico & Vinz, and his highly anticipated collaboration with Dillon Francis, Alesso has been practically unstoppable. With a recent effort to conquer Asia with his progressive sound as well as give back to his fans from the region, the young producer has been collaborating with Korean singers on re-releases of some of his earlier tracks, the most second most recent one being with Jolin Tsai on “I Wanna Know”.
Alesso’s most recent collaborative re-release effort is on unarguably one of his greatest hits and the track that kick-started his career, Years. Featuring K-Pop singer CHEN as a collaboration with the steadily growing Korean entertainment channel ScreaM Records, the new rendition provides quite a refreshing twist on the progressive house original.
