Deorro feat. DyCy – Goin Up

In 2014 Deorro received the highest new entry spot on the DJ Mag Top 100, and since then he has shown no signs of slowing down. The Ultra Records signee has grown his fan base, dubbed as Panda Fam, thanks to his unmistakable signature sound and the ability to surprise listeners with unexpected new music directions from time to time.

Deorro’s embodiment of his latest music direction came in the form of a fusion between merengue and electronic, a combination of folk and modern trends. The result was a collaborative effort with “Suavemente” creator Elvis Crespo titled “Bailar“.

Returning to the public eye in full force for his latest track titled “Goin Up”, Deorro joins forces with California-based singer DyCy to give fans another dose of outstanding production. A retaliating anthem directed towards those who scorn big room genres, the lethal pair detonate a soothing piece of whipping kicks and feelingful synths that are regulated by recurring lyrical lulls from DyCy.

DyCy’s divine vocals take the lead while Deorro builds a bouncy and radio-ready instrumental under the end-of-summer send-off. “Goin Up” keeps things light and airy with chopped vocals in the drop and calming synth chords throughout the entire production that is guaranteed to stay stuck in your head for days.

Comprised of music and sarcasm. Based in Amsterdam
