Matt Cudis – La Boca

Matt Cudis is a DJ/Producer currently residing in the sun-kissed shore’s of Miami. Close to one of the pulses within the global dance music scene, he has steadily released his high-quality output over the past year or so.

Hailing for the isle of Malta, he is studying Music Engineering at the University of Miami. Evident in the production level, he has also carried another alias in his earlier years. Growing up in Dubai, the young talent has already taken on some of the scene’s biggest names and track’s. Producing resounding renditions of Supermode’s “Tell Me Why” and Calvin Harris’ “Flashback” in remix form, he has breathed new life into both of them with his groovy vibes and progressive format.

Also releasing original tracks such as the progressive track called “The Rise”, his most recent solo work recruited the sensational voice of Caroline Lazar. In turn putting his name on people’s radars even more than before, his track “Slow” was a special combination of Matt Cudis’ instrumental flare and Lazar’s vocals. Now returning by himself to the track title, the Maltese talent brings a deeper atmosphere with “La Boca”.

Plucky-yet-grinding, the track floats vibrant melodies within a pulsating flurry. Using vocal snippets and riffs to great effect, the tracks tempo is controlled impeccably. Dropping a bellowing synth selection within the progressive parts, “La Boca” is certainly primed for the night time and club scene.
