Alesso hints at upcoming Friday release “Falling”
With festival season right around the corner, artists from all walks of the industry are strategically releasing new material in hopes to make it to this year’s main stages. With top competitors like Flume, Marshmello, Daft Punk, Dead Mau5, Louis The Child, and more, each producers unique sound will most likely be portrayed in an original release within the coming months. After the successful 2015 release of his debut album Forever, which marked the beginning of a tour as well as top releases, Sweden’s own Alesso is continuing his legacy of chart topping hits with his 2017 single, “Falling”.
Serving as the predecessor to tracks “I Wanna Know” and “Take My Breath Away”, Alesso’s electro- hits made up some of the most played songs in 2016. With that being said, “Falling” is sure to follow successfully in their footsteps. With a Twitter preview posted earlier this week, Alesso shared a snippet of “Falling” for fans to enjoy while they wait for the worldwide release this upcoming Friday, February 3rd. The preview highlights the track as another vocal heavy ballad, with what seems to include lush harmonies and a perfectly executed foundation. Released on Def Jam, Spotify users are now available for a pre-save of the track.
