With just over one week to go until the 20th anniversary of Ultra Music Festival in Miami, the rumour mill is spinning in full force as the clues continue to mount ahead of a possible Swedish House Mafia reunion at the Florida festival. Rewinding 6 years to this very day, and 12th March was a truly pivotal day in the history of both SHM, and dance music as a whole.

Teaming up with Vodka company Absolut for a commercial, the European trio, formed of Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso, created the now iconic anthem known as ‘Greyhound’, a whopping slice of progressive perfection which has since become one of their most famed tracks of all time, amassing almost 120 million Spotify streams in the process.

The crisp HD video, shot amid a pure and snow-covered landscape sees Swedish House Mafia controlling three separate robotic Greyhound dogs, each one representing each individual member of the juggernaut EDM super-group. Laced with a brilliant build, and one of the hugest drops you are ever likely to hear in your life, ‘Greyhound’ truly changed the game, and though it may be hard to believe, it is now officially 6 years old.

You can check the video below and re-live this classic with us ahead of the eagerly anticipated potential reunion next week!
