Martin Garrix will take over EXIT festival for a massive closing set

After being crowned Best Major Festival in Europe yet again, Serbian festival EXIT is ready to close the 2018 edition in style. Running from the 12th of July until the 15th of July in the historic Petrovaradin fortress, visitors can expect the best EXIT yet. After the legend himself, David Guetta and techno superstar Nina Kraviz have already been announced for the massive closing on Sunday, July 15th, EXIT added another massive name. He is one, or maybe even the biggest star of EDM for a few years now and you probably guessed his name already – We are talking about Number 1 DJ in the world, Martin Garrix.

Known for his beautiful, powerful and emotional sets, Garrix is the perfect choice for the epic finale of EXIT festival. It is going to be exciting to see the two friends David Guetta and Martin Garrix playing the same stage again on the same day. The last time it happened was during the closing of Tomorrowland 2017 when Guetta joined Martin Garrix on stage for their hit-single ‘So Far Away’. With the news of the two being back in the studio again we might get a new collab premiere during EXIT. The last time the 21-year old Dutch played at EXIT festival was in 2015, but his sound has changed and evolved drastically over the last 3 years. With that said we can expect a special and unique closing set, courtesy of the current number 1 of the world.

Martin Garrix is by far not the only big name on the massive lineup of the 20+ stages festival. ‘Katchi’ producers Ofenbach, Burak Yeter and techno legend Richie Hawtin are also part of the gigantic list of names playing at EXIT this summer. Another highlight is the massive back-to-back between Adam Beyer and Ida Engberg.
