Matisse & Sadko are red hot right now, and their new track “Grizzly” is clear cut proof. Released on Martin Garrix’s STMPD Records, the Russian powerhouse duo unleash a full blown bass monster. Known for their massive melodies and euphoric anthems like Witchcraft, the duo turn the tables for this next record and show their much darker, heavier, side.  Released a month before festival season hits, “Grizzly” has plenty of time to reach the ears of big DJ’s and do justice to main stages around the world.

Already supported by David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Martin Garrix, and Tiësto, “Grizzly” is a tried and tested groove monster. When we think of Matisse & Sadko the first thoughts that come to mind are releases like “Dragon”, “Riot”, and “SLVR”. However this latest release takes listeners down a much grittier, darker path that is loaded with fiery bass and massive percussion. The breakdown is classic Matisse & Sadko and is loaded with anthemic leads and rich synth work. The duo have had quite the run in 2018 so far with their remix for Axwell & Ingrosso as well as their recent collaboration with Tiësto, “Dawnbreaker“. Having established themselves along with the leaders of the Progressive House sound, the duo have also pioneered their very own imprint, “MonoMark Music“.

“Grizzly” is a rich bass heavy track that features some unique instrumentation along with a huge breakdown. A hallmark of their career, the Russian duo have made some of their best tracks alongside Dutch DJ Martin Garrix who will surely be playing out this record throughout his live shows and radio mixes. Having collaborated on massive tracks like “Together” and “Break Through The Silence”, the pairing prove lethal when they get together. If you are looking for a summer ready track that can withstand the perils of the main stage as well as primetime club slots, “Grizzly” is just what you need.
