Nothing gets Axwell Λ Ingrosso fans quite as excited as new music does, and last night, the pair delivered a treat during their performance on the main stage of Tomorrowland 2018. Opening with the cosmic-sounding ID intro that has been dropped by the pair numerous times this summer and first debuted during their Ultra Music Festival set in Miami earlier this year, the pair also played a fresh ID around the 26 minute mark in their hour-long set.

Spinning a series of Axwell classics, such as ‘In My Mind’, and dropping Sebastian Ingrosso‘s ‘Reload’, the Swedish House Mafia pair also debuted the brand-new Brohug remix of their latest single ‘Dancing Alone.’ Bringing in the acapella of Childish Gambino‘s viral hit ‘This Is America’, the duo also paid a deeply emotional tribute to Avicii, asking the main stage to put their lights up in the sky, as Tomorrowland festival staff switched all lights off.

The duo used the darkness to bring in Avicii’s ‘Wake Me Up’ and then delivered a thunderous mash-up with their own ‘Don’t You Worry Child’ to end the set in spectacular style as fireworks began to explode into the Belgian skyline.
