Widely acknowledged as one of the finest rising talents in dance music, not only in his native England, but worldwide – Corey James continues his staggering ascent through the industry. Joining his mentor, Swedish House Mafia legend Steve Angello on stage, the UK producer paired up with Steve as the SIZE Records boss dropped Corey’s fresh new remix of Angello’s very own ‘Nothing Scares Me Anymore.’

An emotive track featuring the vocals of Sam Martin, ‘Nothing Scares Me Anymore’ is taken from Steve Angello’s latest album ‘HUMAN’, with Corey spinning his unmistakably progressive sound over the release to turn his rumbling rework into a true main-stage banger. Having played for the SHM star at his London Printworks show last November, Corey continues to impress with his anthemic productions and euphoric reworks.

Speaking with We Rave You before Third Party‘s Release Records showcase at Ministry of Sound, Corey touched on his bromance with the ‘Rejoice’ producer, and hailed him as a fantastic mentor, both inside, and outside, the studio, adding:

“I went to his house in Sweden and Steve is one of the best chefs I’ve ever known! I’m not just saying it, I asked him about it and he said that cookery is his big passion, it inspires him to go in and make new music when he’s made good food. He slow cooked some meat for me for 5 hours and made a soup, it was the nicest thing I’ve ever eaten, this kind of Swedish broth. It was incredible.”

With Corey’s native England in the World Cup Semi-Final this Wednesday, one thing that definitely IS coming home, is this whopping remix made in unison with David Pietras. You can check out the moment below when Corey joined Steve on stage…
