Katy Perry ghost producer launches solo project ‘Madizôn’

23-year-old ghost producer Madizôn is finally launching his own solo project. Having produced for, and remixed the likes of Martin Jensen, Katy Perry, Migos, Olly Murs, Sigala, Hailee Steinfeld, the Danish producer and his 700,000,000 Spotify streams across 7 releases, are going solo with a remix of Blondie‘s 80’s smash-hit ‘Call Me‘.

Teasing fans with a quick snippet of the remix, the Dane films himself performing the track in his fully decked-out studio, lined with bright colours and flashing lights. The track itself is an infectious, upbeat Pop tune, giving the original song an entirely new perspective.

The track opens up with soft, warm, low-passed piano chords playing behind Debbie Harry‘s powerful vocals before quickly opening up to the chorus, where bright leads, alternating synths, solid bass and a frantic melody all combine to create a chaotic & immersive listening experience. Difficult to categorize, the track is unequivocally unique and different in its own right.
