Invited to play the Musical Freedom stage on Friday night by label boss Tiesto, Dutch house supremo Oliver Heldens set Tomorrowland off in style for 2018 with a thunderous 90 minute set. Joined on stage by the trance legend, who Oliver collaborated with on 2015 hit ‘Wombass’, the Heldeep boss smashed through an insatiable cut, which included RetroVision‘s disco thumper ‘Get Down.’

Packing his performance with typically jovial mash-ups, including acapella snippets from the likes of Eminem, Kelis, and Destiny’s Child, Oliver also displayed his darker side with deep and dirty smashers like ‘MHATLP’ (HI-LO edit), and ‘Men on Mars.’ With many DJs and producers using Tomorrowland as the perfect opportunity to pay tribute to Swedish legend Avicii, Oliver’s own tribute came in the shape of a slick edit of ‘Levels’ crossed with Journey classic ‘Don’t Stop Believin’.

With the crowd once again completely losing it to Oliver’s huge Backstreet Boys remix, the Dutch funster’s latest set was by far one of his greatest of all time, and can be viewed below, with master Heldens broadcasting the dynamic performance via his Facebook live channel last night:
