Home Uncategorized BREAKING: Swedish House Mafia to embark on 2019 World Tour

Following We Rave You‘s EXCLUSIVE news back in Winter 2017 that Swedish House Mafia would reunite at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, the future of the Swedish trio has become the subject of much speculation. But tonight, we can officially confirm that the EDM supergroup will return in 2019, with a world tour, after Dutch maestro Oliver Heldens let the news slip on his radio show.

Speaking to his listeners during Heldeep Radio Episode 210, Oliver announced his podcast’s ‘classic track’ of the week, making the following statement:

“So, Swedish House Mafia have now officially reformed, and are announcing a World Tour in 2019. This week’s Heldeep classic was made in 2007 by two thirds of Swedish House Mafia. This is Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso with ‘Together.’ “

The news follows months of rumours since Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso reunited at the 20th anniversary of Ultra in March, with Axwell teasing the New York crowd recently when he asked if they were ready for an SHM show in NYC next year. Steve Angello added fuel to the speculation at Ultra Europe, announcing “Swedish House Mafia loves you!” during his set.

With the World Tour now on the horizon, fans can finally begin to get excited and save up for tickets with the trio sure to play the world’s biggest stadiums following shows at the likes of Madison Square Garden, and the MK Bowl during their #OneLastTour schedule in 2012/13.
