Avicii’s Hollywood home has officially been sold

Coming off the back of news that Tim’s family had recently requested an open forum on Avicii’s website for fan testimonials and memories, it seems a rather large memory of Tim’s has just been moved on as well. That’s right, it was announced that Avicii’s Hollywood home has been sold at a whopping 17.5 million. Of course, being the town which rings out as “the entertainment capital of the world”, the Hollywood hills are home to plenty of super stars in the entertainment industry and music industry in particular.

The long list of dance musics elite who have homes in the notably upscale area is almost endless, however a few that have come up in the news as of late have been Zedd and the recent purchase of his $16 million dollar home, Calvin Harris and his newly purchased $5.05 million dollar home, and The Chainsmokers, with Alex Pall’s $2.695 million house in Laurel Canyon, and Drew Taggart’s $3.295 million West Hollywood home.

Nonetheless, none quite financially compare to the sale of the legendary Swede’s residence. The home formerly owned by famous stylist Bruno Mascolo sold for an estimated $2 million above Tim’s $15.55 million buying price in early 2014. The outstanding residence is home to some breathtaking sights over the city of Los Angeles. The home which was known more as a get-away spot for the DJ features 6 beds and 7 baths and roughly 7,000 square feet of space.
