When we look at breakthrough artists of the last couple of years, The Chainsmokers are definitely going to feature towards the top of this list. The EDM group consisting of Andrew Taggart and Alex Pall has pretty much shaken the music industry over the course of the last couple of years. They went on a tour through cities worldwide with their super successful album ‘Memories… do not open’. Featuring some of The Chainsmokers most successful tracks, such as ‘Paris’ and ‘Something Just Like This’. Today, The Chainsmokers continue to be unstoppable, taking over the world with their unique blend of pop and electronic. Having just recently dropped their ‘Sick Boy…Side Effects‘ EP, the duo continue to go from strength to strength. Now, the Grammy award winning pair have just achieved yet another feat, performing on Good Morning America.

Their latest release is in collaboration with fellow American DJ and producer NGHTMRE. ‘Save Yourself” was debuted during The Chainsmokers’ headline gig at Ultra Miami earlier this year. NGHTMRE also teased it during his set at EDC Las Vegas. The track is available now via Disruptor Records as part of the New York City duo’s Sick Boy set of releases. The single effortlessly combines the two unique and diverse styles of the artists, switching from Drew Taggart’s vocal and melodic performance to 2 bass heavy drops which will no doubt rock and festival mainstage in the near future.

NGHTMRE has had a great year so far, releasing countless bangers on important labels such as Diplo‘s Mad Decent and establishing himself in the bass house genre. Be sure to check out his website for more info on his releases and tour dates.

This is truly an interesting collaboration between two incredibly talented artists. You can watch the lyric video for this banging single on YouTube below.
