Don Diablo performs mesmerizing set live on a boat by Ibiza

While the method of delivery and quality of music forms a significant part of a DJ’s set, the venue of it is surely an aspect that may alter the entire experience of the performance. Dutch House producer and Hexagon’s head-honcho Don Diablo, himself a master of the delivery when behind the decks and a taste-maker par excellence, found the perfect marriage in this regard when he got atop one of the boats from Boats Ibiza to perform a live set while afloat – the live set itself being one of a kind. Touted by DJMag as one of their ‘most ambitious live broadcast project to date‘, the project saw Don Diablo perform by the mesmerizing scenes near the Ibiza coast, in front of the awe-inspiring rocky island of Es Vedrà.

The 90-minute set featured some of the most enthralling House tunes which – due in no small part to Don Daiblo’s excellent ear picked catalog – set the perfect mood for the afternoon in the waters. Afloat on the Disco Volante, Don Diablo delivered a sumptuous medley of Future House, House, Progressive, Hip-Hop and Break-Beat  tunes among few others. Graced by the setting sun, the epic set is surely a landmark performance for not only Diablo but even for iconic performances of its kind, as at certain points during the live-stream time seemingly comes to a stop and one gets the much warranted opportunity to peacefully take it all in.
