Funk D’Void – Scorpion

Home Uncategorized Funk D’Void – Scorpion

Techno and house producer Funk D’Void has become a veteran of the dance scene in his own right on the international scene as well as locally. In his home town of Barcelona, he does his monthly residency at Macarena Club and makes regular appearances at Moog, whilst also playing at famed nightclubs in Ibiza including Pacha and Space. A discography spanning over 20 years has included remixes for New Order, Underworld, Kevin Saunderson, Deetron, Laurent Garnier, Paul Van Dyk & Tony Lionni, alongside his monster remix of John Digweed’s anthem ‘Transitions 496’ – his arsenal of hits is nothing short of spectacular.

As Funk D’Void continues to release work on various music labels, his latest release ‘Scorpion’ has just landed on Brook Gee Records. The track is driven by heavy, deep and distorted basslines that bring an underground and industrial vibe to the music, perfectly suited for the atmosphere revolving around the label. ‘Scorpion’ brings together some hauntingly intense synths to create a stand out track that is bound to get everybody on the dance floor moving, as Funk D’Void’s impeccable production skills shine through once again.

A man whose releases rarely disappoint, this is another dance floor weapon to add to the discography.
