Mat Zo delivers ‘Best Of’ mix on Anjunabeats

One of the most under-rated progressive masters of recent years, Mat Zo is responsible for several anthemic hits, such as Porter Robinson collaboration ‘Easy’, and the Anjuna favourite, ‘Rebound.’ Now, the British DJ and producer has unveiled a gorgeous continuous mix on Above & Beyond‘s Anjunabeats label, and this one really goes off!

Packed with huge productions like the trance trio’s absolute weapon ‘Thing Called Love’, Mat takes things to sumptuously proggy levels, spinning his ARTY collab, as well as Ministry of Sound classic, ’24 hours’ and a wealth of Anjuna classics.

On 25 March 2016, Mat Zo released his second studio album titled Self Assemble, which he speculated to be his “farewell to the [EDM] industry” due to his disenchantment with the EDM scene as of 2015, stating:

“This album is sort of my last send-off before I go and do other things in life. It feels like I’m ready to go and venture off into other realms.”

But in July of this year, Mat Zo revealed through a Reddit “Ask-Me-Anything” that he had changed his mind and is currently working on a third studio album. You can catch the electrifying mix, in full, below:
