Growing French-Canadian producer Cloud41 has teamed up with singer/songwriter, Devon Graves for an emotional new tune entitled ‘Letting Go.‘ Each artist has an interesting history pertaining to the creation of this pop-infused, future house hybrid. Starting with Cloud41, the artist’ project was recently launched at the beginning of 2018, however, the artist has direct ties to some of the dance-pop realms most influential producers including The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, and more. On top of these close ties, Cloud41 despite fleshing out the beginnings of a young career has played alongside acts such as Cash Cash, Louis The Child, Rezz, and San Holo in Barcelona this summer.

Devon Graves, on the other hand, first got her start when venturing to Nashville, Tennesse to attend school for vocal composition & performance. She completed several personal projects and toured multiple times while enrolled in university and took the leap of faith, moving to Paris in 2012. While focusing on honing her own sound, she raised money to fund a new album with deep pop, bluegrass and folk roots entitled ‘Du Tennessee À Paris.‘ From her time in Tennesse to Paris Devon’s musical journey meshed with the depth she’d been exposed to in writing gave way to the bridge of the individuals interesting styles on ‘Letting Go.

The tune is a bonafide ballad featuring a future house twist. Devon’s warm, dynamic vocals give way for a constant tonal shift between sentimental and spunky. Of course, the brownie points go to Cloud41 for being able to ensure that constant ambient shift flows without skipping a beat.

Undoubtedly a uniquely catchy tune – check out Cloud41 & Devon Graves’ ‘Letting Go‘ below:
