Oliver Heldens & Craig David set to team up on new track

It’s not often that one of the greatest RnB superstars of all time teams up with one of the greatest DJs. But this morning, via Craig David‘s Instagram, fans were treated to a sneak peak of an exclusive collaboration between the ‘7 Days’ producer, and Heldeep master, Oliver Heldens. 

With legendary Chic guitarist Nile Rodgers also in the photo, along with JinJin and Rachel Furner, we can only imagine what this one will sound like, but it certainly wouldn’t be the first time that Craig has teamed up with a superstar DJ, after releasing his Hardwell collaboration ‘No Holding Back’ in 2016. The studio photo also marks the latest team up between Heldens and Rodgers, with Oli’s remix of Chic’s ‘Le Freak’ set to arrive on 14th November. 

It’s been quite the month for Oliver Heldens. After hosting his own Heldeep ADE show, he’s also burst into the Top 10 of the DJ Mag Top 100 vote for 2018, and released new track ‘Fire In My Soul’ as well as his HI-LO banger, ‘Impulse’. With Craig captioning the photo as ‘New Music Friday’, there is no official word on a release date or track name just yet, but when quizzed on the topic by a We Rave You journalist via Twitter today, Oliver ‘liked’ the question, with Abbey Road Studios later tweeting to say that it was great for the group to have been recording with them.
